Yahoo News
I was asked to contribute to this article on Yahoo News (thanks, Amy Rushlow and Laura Ramos Hegwer) and was pleased to be featured, even in a small dose, alongside other runners as well as Deena Kastor (!) https://www.yahoo.com/health/why-run-20-marathoners-real-144611586/photo-to-become-the-best-person-1446129996811.html I wasn't included in the part about bathroom stories--though I had a good one to share : )

Flying the W...or painting the toes
My housemates, who are not so interested at all in this series, indulged in my desperate attempt to rally from a 3-0 deficit against the Mets in the NLCS by including me in their spa night and getting my toe nails painted. Michelle Grabner - THE THING

And you can under-think it, not pay attention, and get sloppy, lose rigor." https://sports.vice.com/en_us/article/art-by-the-balls Photo courtesy of The Thing #grabner
